At Flicka Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Support portal to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the product.

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our return eligibility criteria.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the items in their original box and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After we inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
